We are a purely Costa Rican company with only local staff, founded by Melissa Garcia and Gabriel Araya. We have been married for over 17 years, the family is completed with Gabriel, Tomas and Pillo, a lovable mutt.

Melissa is a hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience in customer service. Her profound commitment with quality and standards, combined with her unique passion to offer memorable experiences for our guests has been key for the success of My Guanacaste Vacation.

Gabriel is the most-experienced real estate specialist within Reserva Conchal with more than 20 years selling real estate with a Master of Science in International Real Estate from FIU. Gabriel´s deep understanding of the local real estate scenario leads to long term relationship with his clients. The team completes with knowledgeable local staff in the areas of maintenance, housekeeping, marketing and administrative assistants.
