Malinche

Set atop a hill near the entrance to Reserva Conchal, Malinche is home to 6 luxurious Villas with private pools and 27 spacious all with spectacular ocean views. The Mediterranean-inspired community has its own community pool that offers beautiful views out to the Catalina islands and is a great place to enjoy the sunset.

The homes in Malinche all include covered parking and the condo buildings have elevators for easy accessibility and is conveniently located close to the main entrance and is a short drive or shuttle to the Beach Club, restaurants and the soft white-sand beaches of Playa Conchal.

Bougainvilla 2203 was fabulous!!! We really enjoyed the beach and the pools at the beach club. We spent lots of time there. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped, it has a large balcony with a great view of the golf course and ocean and many good restaurants and activities close to the condo.

Outstanding visit, Carao T1-3 is a lovely unit with perfect views and very private. The owner has done a fantastic job keeping the charm of the place. The unit has all the amenities as does Reserva Conchal.

The property is beautiful, clean, and everyone is friendly. The views were spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
