Melinas

Melinas is a community of private, single-family homes.

Beautiful landscaping surrounds this neighborhood, where all homes have spectacular views of Reserva Conchal’s championship Robert Trent Jones II golf course.

Melinas is conveniently located close to the main entrance and is a short drive or shuttle to the Beach Club, restaurants and the soft white-sand beaches of Playa Conchal. The houses offer a private pool for you to enjoy and also have access to the pool of Reserva Conchal’s Beach Club,  Spa, Golf Pro Shop and Fitness Center.

Bougainvilla 2203 was fabulous!!! We really enjoyed the beach and the pools at the beach club. We spent lots of time there. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped, it has a large balcony with a great view of the golf course and ocean and many good restaurants and activities close to the condo.

Outstanding visit, Carao T1-3 is a lovely unit with perfect views and very private. The owner has done a fantastic job keeping the charm of the place. The unit has all the amenities as does Reserva Conchal.

The property is beautiful, clean, and everyone is friendly. The views were spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Because it was the holidays, the beach club was very busy, but their wonderful staff handled the large crowd well. We will be returning next year for another wonderful stay in Costa Rica!
